My Clinical Expertise
I offer support that is tailored, relational and grounded in understanding the whole person, their nervous system, environment, relationships and daily life.
1. Occupational Therapy
Individualised assessment and support for children, young people and adults. Across life, we all face periods of change, key milestones, and unexpected challenges that call for adjustment. These shifts are a natural part of being human, and most people will experience several significant transitions over time. Some unfold as part of typical life stages, such as moving from adolescence into adulthood, entering midlife, or retiring. Others may be chosen, like beginning a new career, and some may happen without warning, including the end of a relationship, job loss, or a new health diagnosis. Although these moments can feel uncertain or overwhelming, they can also bring a sense of possibility and renewal. They often open the door to growth, helping us develop, realign with our values, and move closer to the life we want to live.
2. Therapeutic Groups and Workshops
Evidence based groups that explore self regulation, connection and understanding through creativity, shared experience and practical strategies. Every therapeutic workshop and group I create is rooted in curiosity, connection and creativity and my genuine interest for learning individual stories, what is important to you and how I can enable you to realise your goals. Using a collaborative and compassionate approach, whether you are a child, adolescent, or an adult my approach is always consistent with you at the core of where you live, work and play. What started as a passion for wanting to work with people and enable individuals to live life to their full potential has grown into a career in a profession that I am privileged to be part of.
3. Sensory Modulation
Is an approach used by occupational therapists to help people regulate themselves more effectively. It supports individuals to manage emotions, handle everyday demands, and enhance their overall mental health and wellbeing. This approach is grounded in sensory processing & how the nervous system receives, interprets, and responds to sensory input such as sight, sound, smell, taste, touch, movement and also what our internal body senses are telling us.
3. Parent Support
Helping parents and individuals feel more confident, informed and equipped — with space to reflect, understand patterns and make meaningful changes.

When things feel stuck, it’s often not because you’re not trying hard enough.
It’s because the underlying needs haven’t yet been fully understood.
With the right support, insight and strategies, change is possible in a way that feels manageable, compassionate and sustainable.
